Clean Cut Construction provides bathroom remodeling and general contracting services. Information submitted through our website or Facebook and Instagram lead forms may be used to evaluate your request, discuss your project, and arrange an estimate.

Submitting an inquiry does not book an appointment, create a binding construction agreement, or guarantee service availability. Project scope, pricing, timing, warranties, and payment terms will be established in a separate agreement between the business and the customer.

Please provide accurate, current information when submitting an inquiry or communicating with us. You must be authorized to provide the telephone number, email address, project address, and other information submitted.

When you request information or an estimate, we or service providers acting on our behalf may respond using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing text messages.

Our text-message program is intended for individuals age 18 or older.

When you opt in, Clean Cut Construction may send non-marketing messages about your estimate request, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, customer service, and project updates. Marketing texts, such as special offers and promotions, require separate consent.

You may opt in through our website form by providing your telephone number and selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox. If another lead form offers an SMS opt-in, we will use the consent choices presented on that form. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing texts.

SMS consent is optional. You can submit an estimate request without selecting either SMS checkbox. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency depends on your interactions with us and the services requested. Your carrier may charge for messages and data. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to a message from our messaging number. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through our form.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability and carrier policies.

Do not use this website to submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful material; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; or infringe another person’s rights.

We use service providers to support website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, scheduling, and communications. East Shore Digital assists with our website and communications technology on our behalf.
